Vegan Caprese Salad Bites are bursting with healthy flavors, colors, and goodness!

Vegan Bruschetta plant based Vegan Caprese salad boats plant based
Instructions
  1. Lay the basil out on your serving tray curved up. Cut tomato bites to fit within the curve of your basil leaves and layer the tomato in. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil into the basil on the tomato. Cut the mozzarella into pieces that can fit on the tomato. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella.
