This vegan caprese salad is so cute and so fun! Great treat to bring to a party.

- 40 large basil leaves
- 3 tbs Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbs Organic Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 container Miyoko's Mozzerella
- 2 large organic tomatoes, ripe
Ingredients

- Lay the basil out on your serving tray curved up. Cut tomato bites to fit within the curve of your basil leaves and layer the tomato in. Drizzle a few drops of olive oil into the basil on the tomato. Cut the mozzarella into pieces that can fit on the tomato. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mozzarella.
