Vegan Bruschetta

This vegan bruschetta is a crowd favorite! Cheesy, garlicy, and bright flavors make you want to eat more and more!

For the cheese you can check out my blog on Vegan Cheeses here! For this recipe I used Trader Joes new vegan mozzarella and loved it!

Vegan Bruschetta
Delicious treat as an appetizer or side dish! Bursting with garlicky flavor, tomato, and excellent cheese.

Vegan Bruschetta and Caprese salad boats plant based
Instructions
  1. Slice bread into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices. Put in the toaster for a light toasting. Take the raw garlic and rub it directly on the toasted side of the bread. Add a dot of olive oil. Add a sprinkling of mozzarella and return to toaster. Toast briefly until cheese is melted. Spoon bruschetta tomato mixture atop the toasts. Lay out on a serving platter and serve!
