Vegan Bruschetta
Delicious treat as an appetizer or side dish! Bursting with garlicky flavor, tomato, and excellent cheese.

Instructions
  1. Slice bread into 1/4 – 1/2 inch slices. Put in the toaster for a light toasting. Take the raw garlic and rub it directly on the toasted side of the bread. Add a dot of olive oil. Add a sprinkling of mozzarella and return to toaster. Toast briefly until cheese is melted. Spoon bruschetta tomato mixture atop the toasts. Lay out on a serving platter and serve!
