This vegan bruschetta is a crowd favorite! Cheesy, garlicy, and bright flavors make you want to eat more and more!

- 1 baguette Organic Sourdough
- 1 container bruschetta
- 3 cloves Organic Garlic peeled
- 3/4 cup vegan mozzarella shredded
- 2 tbs Organic Olive Oil
Ingredients

- Slice bread into 1/4 - 1/2 inch slices. Put in the toaster for a light toasting. Take the raw garlic and rub it directly on the toasted side of the bread. Add a dot of olive oil. Add a sprinkling of mozzarella and return to toaster. Toast briefly until cheese is melted. Spoon bruschetta tomato mixture atop the toasts. Lay out on a serving platter and serve!
