Delicious Hearty Quinoa Salad (low histamine & vegan)
This Delicious Hearty Quinoa Salad is low histamine, protein and nutrient focused, and of course it is vegan. It is not only low histamine but it also has lots of phytochemicals which actually help you break down histamines, as well!

Instructions
  1. Mix the dressing ingredients into a shaker container of some sort and mix well. Layer the salad ingredients in the bowl, toss with dressing and then you have your Delicious Hearty Quinoa Salad (low histamine & vegan) ready to eat!

Recipe Notes

Low histamine diets can be very healing for people with certain health complications. Low histamine diets can be very meat heavy, but I've found a lot of relief through a plant based low-histamine diet.

Cherries, blueberries, and pomegranate have flavonoids that are healing for people who need to build up their antihistamine bank. These flavonoids are also incredibly healthy for your gut as they are robust prebiotics. Yum.

This salad is enough to fill me up if I'm not too hungry, or I have it with a side of my fancy sweet potato if my tummy needs a bit more filling!
