You can make your own beans by buying dry garbanzo beans and soaking them overnight, or using cans of garbanzo beans, draining them and drying them well with paper towels.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss all ingredients together and spread on a cooking sheet. Bake for about 1 hour, checking for the beans to be crunchy and browned without burning, shaking the pan every 15 minutes to rotate beans.
