- 2 16-ounce Cans Organic Garbanzo Beans Drained, rinsed, dried well
- 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil
- 8 cloves Garlic pressed
- 2 tablespoons Organic Dried Garlic
- 1 tablespoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon Herb de Provence

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss all ingredients together and spread on a cooking sheet. Bake for about 1 hour, checking for the beans to be crunchy and browned without burning, shaking the pan every 15 minutes to rotate beans.
