Quarantine Coping – Tools to Empower your Life and Work from Home (with Freebies!)

Seyka Work From Home Tools

I am beyond excited to share with you my favorite work from home tools, free classes that you can take while at home, at home workout options, and more. So much of the world is on quarantine due to COVID-19 and this seems like an aptly timed blog to share with you!

This unprecedented situation has pushed us all to change our daily routine, to adapt and to find new ways to cope with the challenges that come with COVID-19. Thus, we all have a choice to either let it consume us, or instead, to grow through it all, to learn and to improve! It is important that we take this time to reflect on ourselves and understand what is happening throughout the world.

Quarantine motivation

Remember – you get to decide how to use this time. Will you grow through it? Or just go through it? Will you rest so you can come back stronger? Or stress and emerge weakened? Will you decide that the work you do to better yourself empowers you, or that it drains you?

Decide to manifest the life of your dreams!

In this blog, I’ll cover the following:

  • At Home Office Tools (My favorites to Work From Home)
  • Home Workout Sites (with free classes!)
  • Simple At Home Workout Tools
  • Free Education Sites
  • Free Entertainment
  • Fun Ways to Connect with Loved Ones (remote!)

9. A fabulous planner for organizing your life. This is the one I currently have. However I’ll be shopping for a different one next year as I don’t like the hour marks on my days. I use a digital calendar for the hour-by-hour work that I do, and prefer my planner to be a to-do list format for instance.

10. Erasable colored pens for decorating / organizing:
  • Gel pens, one of the worlds best kept secrets, these are AMAZING!

Loving your body is so important, especially after a full day of work at home and stressing over tasks and deadlines. Staying healthy physically is a vital part of keeping a positive mood. As a result, I’m committed to getting an elevated heart rate every day. If that’s a big jump for you, then maybe start with 30 minutes 3 times a week!

  1. Do Yoga With Me
    • This is a favorite site of mine because they have lots of amazing yoga completely for free. They also have premium content you can pay for! If you work from home and are quarantined, please invest in your physical health!
  2. YouTube

  3. AloMoves
    • This is a yoga site that you pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee and have access to all their classes. They have handstand workshops, barre classes, powerful classes as well as relaxing stretching classes and more!
