Sugar Options

+ Monkfruit (my personal favorite) a natural fruit that is distilled down to a perfect sugar replacer that is zero calories.

Vegan Keto Ice Cream
This yummy, creamy, ice cream is easy to make and a fun fatty treat when your sweet tooth kicks in. All without any animal products, no added sugar, low carb, and low natural sugar.

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together well. If you have an ice cream maker, follow those instructions. If you do not have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in ice cub trays. Once they are fully frozen put the ice cream cubes into a high powered blender. Blend until creamy! If it is having a tough time blending add a couple splashes of mylk to it. Once fully blended and creamy add in your mix-ins to flavor it how you want it!
