Sugar Options
+ Monkfruit (my personal favorite) a natural fruit that is distilled down to a perfect sugar replacer that is zero calories.
+ Stevia natural sweetener.
+ Erythritol.
Add-Ins
These Cacao Nibs are vegan, keto, and full of antioxidants. Cacao is a health food that tastes like dark chocolate. So when added to something sweet, it fulfills the chocolate desire.

- 2 16 oz can Organic Coconut Cream
- 1/3 Cup Monk Fruit
- 1/8 Tsp Pink Himalyan Salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Organic Fresh Mint
- 1/2 Cup Organic Cacao Nibs
- 1/2 Cup organic peanut butter

Ice Cream Base

- Mix all ingredients together well. If you have an ice cream maker, follow those instructions. If you do not have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in ice cub trays. Once they are fully frozen put the ice cream cubes into a high powered blender. Blend until creamy! If it is having a tough time blending add a couple splashes of mylk to it. Once fully blended and creamy add in your mix-ins to flavor it how you want it!
