Savory Tofu Bites

This delicious savory tofu bites recipe can add a savory texture and a boost of healthy plant-based protein to many meals.

Tofu is a great source of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is an excellent source of iron and calcium. This awesome plant-based food also has contains the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorus. Read more about the benefits of tofu.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Oil a baking sheet. Toss the tofu cubes in liquid aminos and garlic powder. Spread the tofu onto the baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes - bake for less time to make them chewy, and for more time to make them crunchy. Remove from oven, toss in sesame seeds and serve.
