- 3/4 cup organic oatmeal
- 1 cup Oatly full fat milk (or coconut milk)
- 1 pinch Monk Fruit
- 1 pinch Pink Himalyan Salt
- 3/4 cup organic frozen blueberries

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in your favorite bowl (that part is important, make it cute, make it fun), and pop it in the microwave for 3 - 5 minutes until it starts to bubble over. Take it out and let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
Recipe Notes
- Monkfruit is one of the few low histamine sweeteners. That plus the awesome benefits of blueberries makes this a healthy and delicious meal!
- I love oat milk. Oatly is my favorite right now.
- Gluten free oatmeal can be found in most health stores and here on amazon.
- Organic frozen blueberries.
