  1. Preheat your oven to 450 F. Grease the baking pan lightly. Place bite-sized cauliflower chunks onto the pan. Bake 10 minutes, flip (ideally flip each piece, but if you’re low on time, shake the pan or stir them around and pop them back in) and bake another 10 minutes. Right before serving you can broil for 1 – 2 minutes to get extra crispy.
  2. Meanwhile whisk together the liquid aminos, pineapple, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. While waiting, stir the arrowroot powder and water together until mixed. Add the arrowroot water to the saucepan. Put the saucepan on medium heat and stir frequently as the sauce boils and thickens. Cook until thick, add the sesame seeds, then reduce to lowest heat to sit until ready to serve.
  3. In a large bowl pour the sauce over the florets, sprinkle with scallions and serve. Optional to serve on a bed of organic brown rice, organic sprouts, and micro-greens.
