  1. Add the water and rice together and cook for 20 minutes. Simmer until the water is absorbed. While the rice is cooking mix the monkfruit, salt, and coconut milk into a large mixing bowl. Heat your frozen mango and then blend till a puree. Mix the mango into the coconut milk mixture. When the rice is done cooking mix the rice into the mango coconut mixture. Slice your fresh mango nicely and plat it with your sticky rice. Enjoy!
