Celery Juice
Celery juice is easy to make and so great for your body. Blend it, filter it, drink it, and let your body filter only that juice for at least a half hour before eating anything else. When you first start use only about half of a celery bunch. You can slowly increase the amount to two bunches to yourself once your stomach has gotten use to it. Most people will have you discard the fiber that is filtered out. I like to drink it with water later on in the day to increase the benefits of the celery juice. It can also be used in recipes to add some flavor and texture.

  1. Wash your celery and put it into a juicer, blender, or food processor with the water. Blend until one smooth consistency. Filter the juice through a cheese cloth or a fine metal strainer into your cup. Keep the fibers for later or discard. Drink the celery juice and then fast for 30 minutes before consuming anything else.
