New Restaurant Highlight: Vegan Vice

Cambriage New Vegan Restaurant: Vegan Vice

Vegan Vice started out as an outrageously vibrant mobile party & food shack -touring around the UK festival scene. and making appearances at big vegan events such as ‘Vegan Nights Ldn’ and Digbeth Dining Club.

Fun Food

Their burgers are sensational because they can fool even the most avid meat-eaters. For omnivores – their dubbed ‘vegan fried chicken’ TenderCrop range can be easily consumed without knowledge of its plant-based roots – having been hand-battered in their spices and cooked in a deliciously flavoured oil.

Inviting to New Vegans

But they’re all about creating food and a vibe that doesn’t just compete with the animal-based offerings, but that exists on a higher wavelength; inviting new people into the vegan-world so that their first 100% plant-based burger experience is absolutely banging.

Hence why we’ve wanted to give the chance for people in their hometown of Cambridge to experience the flavours of the Vegan Vice Club first hand, venturing into our first fixed premises right in the centre of the city. They have set up space inside of a well-known cocktail lounge, allowing people to discover the world of plant-based food magic- some by chance, having come in for cocktails but unable to resist the smell and look of the burgers passing by and through.

To build a brand that reaches all kinds of people- old vegans, new vegans and would-be vegans, is what they are aiming to do. When the grass looks greener (and more fun) this side of the diet, we will naturally free more people from meat and dairy products onto a more healthy and conscious way of eating. Having been pulled in by the fun vibe, colours, music and food, and eventually exploring where these waves lead to.
